Which Trusted Trader

We are proud to be the first remedial contractor in Oldham to be awarded Which? Trusted Trader status following their rigorous inspection procedure which includes contacting a random sample of past clients to ask their opinion of our service.

The Property Care Association

Is the only trade body for damp proofing, wood preservation, basement waterproofing structural stabilisation and wall tie replacement. To be a member of the Property Care Association, requires the surveyors to be fully qualified, the staff fully trained, and the company having sound business systems in place, which are audited for your protection as the customer. PCA members are recommended by RICS Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in home buyer’s surveys, to undertake damp timber and wall ties surveys.

TrustMark

accreditation through the Property Care Association’s membership criteria and vetting methods comply with TrustMark’s strict policies. The scheme is fully supported by Government, the building industry and consumer protection groups.

CHAS

As CHAS accredited contractors we identify those risks and hazards and ensure, any risk of harm is minimized to you your children and pets, as well as our operators and the general public. That’s worth something and it’s why we value and are very proud of our CHAS accreditation.

Construction line

Construction line is the Government’s national register for suppliers. The Construction Line accreditation is similar to CHAS, though the focus is on our ability to cope with the specialist work we do, both financially and technically.

The Bury Registered Tradesman Scheme

The Bury Registered Tradesman Scheme has been set up by Bury local authority and Trading Standards in the North West of England this is a scheme which we fully support as its purpose is to help residents avoid unqualified companies or cowboys by providing a list of reputable businesses, who have been vetted by the local Authority.
